As a member of our HR team, your workday naturally starts with a good cup of coffee or tea! You log in and check the incoming tasks in our HR information system, COBRA. You filter out the priorities, such as reporting sickness and recovery, and schedule the remaining tasks for a later time. By now, your HR colleagues have also arrived at the office, and you have a brief and efficient morning stand-up. Together, you form the HR team of KRANENDONK!
As an HR Officer, you are responsible for overseeing HR policies and play a crucial role in various HR activities. Your focus is primarily on administrative tasks: drafting new contract proposals with accompanying pro forma calculations, preparing and managing onboarding and offboarding processes, processing and confirming changes to employment terms, coordinating and scheduling HR and recruitment interviews, conducting telephone screenings based on applications, managing the monthly payroll administration for both domestic and international employees, and ensuring the timekeeping records are in perfect order.
You are a real go-getter and are not intimidated by a bit of chaos! While drafting an employment contract for a new colleague, someone might walk in with an urgent question. You provide immediate assistance and then dive back into the administration, all while ensuring the process is safeguarded for the future.
At the end of the day, you receive an email from our HR Manager with a request to invite a candidate for a second interview. You check the calendars, confirm availability with the Team Leads, and send out a meeting request. After reserving the meeting room, you tidy up and get ready to head home.
