Robotic Beam Constructor

The Robotic Beam Constructor automates the assembly and welding of structural steel beams. The system integrates advanced scanning technology to accurately position stiffeners, ensuring precise placement and secure attachment. With automated infeed and outfeed buffers, as well as smart beam manipulators, the entire process requires minimal operator intervention, boosting efficiency and safety on the shop floor.

Artemis Micro Welding Gantry

The Artemis is KRANENDONK’s dedicated gantry for welding micro panels in block and panel assembly. Originally developed for thin, flat panels, its precision and rigidity also make it suitable for other applications – such as welding beams or structural components. The stable portal frame ensures clean, consistent welds across long tracks in both steel and aluminum.
