From 3D Model to Automated Weld in Minutes
The PORTABOT workflow is designed for maximum simplicity. From uploading your 3D CAD model to executing the weld, every step is streamlined to minimize manual effort and maximize productivity. In just a few straightforward steps, you’ll move from digital design to a finished weld, no programming, no teaching.
- Import your 3D CAD model.
- The software automatically detects welds and generates the program.
- Position the PORTABOT on the workpiece using the magnet base.
- Select the job on the tablet.
- Mount the cobot on the base.
- Start welding. That’s it.
- Repeat the process for the next cobots.
