The Stiffener Mounting Gantry is designed to assist operators in accurately positioning and tack-welding stiffeners onto panels. An integrated welding power source and conveniently located controls ensure efficient tack-welding, improving both ergonomics and operator control. This enables safe, efficient work with consistent, high-quality results.
All you need to know
Without using force, the operator can accurately move the gantry, clamp lift and position the stiffener to the preferred location. When the stiffener is positioned accurately, the Stiffener Mounting Gantry maintains its position for tack-welding and applies pressure to push away any gap between the stiffener and base plate resulting uninterrupted welding upstream.
