All you need to know
The Compact Cutting Station combines cutting performance with a compact footprint. Discover how it fits into your workflow and supports efficient, reliable production—every day.
Adapt to profile deviations
No two profiles are exactly the same. By measuring the material before cutting, the system automatically compensates for deviations — ensuring precise cuts, perfect fit-up, and less time spent on rework.
Straight cuts with plasma or oxy-fuel
Choose the cutting process that fits your needs. From fast plasma cutting for speed and productivity, to oxy-fuel cutting (OFC) for higher precision on thicker materials and complex profiles.
High-precision beveling
From straight cuts to advanced bevels, CCS handles a wide range of edge preparations. Consistent cut quality ensures a perfect fit for downstream welding — especially for h-beams and profiles.
Seamless shopfloor integration
The system is designed to work as a standalone or embedded station, with flexible layout options and easy access for loading and unloading. Ideal for lean production environments.

Smart work preparation software
RinasWPP is the software behind each Compact Cutting Station. It lets you define parts through CAD import or parametric macros and automatically nests them to minimize waste and optimize stock usage. With visual feedback, smart reuse of remnant parts, and possible ERP integration, RinasWPP streamlines your entire preparation process — from design to cut.
Profile cutting without compromises
The Compact Cutting Station delivers controlled profile cutting with a stable, predictable material flow. Its modular design allows additional functions such as Highrise systems, marking, grinding or tracking to be integrated when required, without disrupting the cutting process, accuracy or uptime.
